Overview

The Springboard Leadership Programme distils all of the experience that I have amassed through my 40 year working career. This encompasses the very best practice drawn from the military, diplomatic and commercial domains both at home and abroad.
In short, each course covers easy to understand, practical and successful techniques which have worked for me for over 40 years.
It provides a structured progression which will be able to take you from a position of perhaps just thinking about a leadership role, through the various levels to eventually reach Executive level.
It consists of four interventions which are coincident with key leadership milestones.
