Overview
Through-life leadership development is a concept that has been embraced by the UK Armed Forces for generations. It is extremely effective as it is designed to provide the skills required to undertake successively more senior roles as you move through your career. The Springboard Leadership Programme distils all of the experience that I have amassed through my 40 year working career. This encompasses the very best practice drawn from the military, diplomatic and commercial domains both at home and abroad.
In short, each course covers easy to understand, practical and successful techniques which have worked for me for over 40 years.
It provides a structured progression which will be able to take you from a position of perhaps just thinking about a leadership role, through the various levels to eventually reach Executive level.
It consists of four interventions which are coincident with key leadership milestones.

This is the Flagship course of the Programme. It is for those who are becoming an Executive for the very first time. It looks at leadership from a different perspective as you begin to think at a higher, more strategic level.
