Why are you in the right place?
Many people aspire to becoming a leader. But the sad fact is that they spend so much time developing their technical skills, that they forget to invest in learning how to lead people!
As we all know, the most important asset for any organisation is the people who work within it.
And when an opportunity arises for them to be promoted into a leadership role, they then start to panic and attend a short course, thinking that it will provide them with the skillset required.

Steve is a former Officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service. During his 33 year career he was fortunate to have benefitted from secondments to a number of commercial defence companies. Additionally he spent some time within the Diplomatic arena, reporting directly to two senior UK Ambassadors in the Middle East and chairing meetings on behalf of the United Nations. After retiring from active service in 2018, he now fulfils a senior role within the commercial sector.
He has over 35 years experience of developing and growing leaders within a multitude of challenging operating environments.
This makes him well-placed to assist anyone who aspires to be a great leader, and to help set them up for future career success.
